In the following text, you will learn how MyNetworkmap automatically extracts actors from images using face detection and inserts them into a network map.
Please, open the network map visualization module. Then open the "Actors" subsection in the side menu and click on "Import actors from image":
After that, click "Browse" in the popup dialog and select an image file. You can select png or jpg files that are smaller than 5MB:
Then, the actors are extracted and plotted on the network map. The positions of the actors correspond to the positions on the original image:
Now you can, for example, draw in the relationships between the actors:
